While both practices support strength and movement, yoga tends to focus more on flexibility, balance, breath, and mindfulness. Mat Pilates emphasizes core strength, posture, stability, and controlled movement.

A private in-home yoga or mat Pilates session brings movement into the comfort of your own space. Instead of traveling to a gym or studio, I come to you and guide a one-on-one (or small group) session thoughtfully created around you — your goals, your experience level, your lifestyle, and how you want to feel in your body.
There’s something special about practicing at home. It creates a calm, familiar environment where you can move comfortably, take your time, and simply be yourself. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel welcomed, cared for, and empowered to build a movement practice that fits naturally into your life and grows with you.

A small open space and room for a yoga mat is usually all we need. If you already have a yoga mat, that’s wonderful, but if not, I’m happy to provide one. I’ll also bring any props or equipment needed, so you can simply show up, settle in, and enjoy your practice.

I know you’re eager to get started (I am too!), but it’s important to make sure we’re the right fit for one another first. Before booking a movement session, the first step is a complimentary consultation call where we can connect, talk through your goals, and make sure we’re aligned in creating a practice that feels supportive for you.

While the sessions are generally safe for most people, it is always best to consult with your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any injuries or medical conditions.
Prior to your first session, you’ll complete a new client intake form and we’ll take time to connect and discuss any injuries, conditions, limitations, or goals. This helps me create a practice that feels safe, supportive, and thoughtfully tailored to you.
