Yoga and Pilates first came into my life as a way to support my physical and mental well-being, but they quickly grew into something much deeper — helping me feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to myself through movement. That experience inspired me to begin teaching and share that same feeling with others.
My personalized teaching approach blends strength, mindfulness, and movement that feels good in your body. With nearly 10 years of movement teaching experience, I strive to create sessions that are supportive, energizing, and approachable — helping clients build confidence, move with intention, and enjoy the journey along the way.
I love working with students of all experience levels and tailoring each session to the individual — whether it’s a grounding yoga flow, strength-focused mat Pilates session, or a blend of both. Through private in-home sessions across Annapolis, Baltimore, and DC areas, I’m able to create a personalized experience where you can move comfortably in your own space, at your own pace, with a focus on what feels best for you.

With experience teaching a wide range of students and movement styles, I offer a variety of yoga and mat Pilates practices that can be tailored to your goals, energy, and experience level.
Yoga: Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa Flow (Beginner–Advanced), Ashtanga Primary Series, Mobility, Chair, and Sculpt Yoga.
Pilates: Classical Mat Pilates (Joseph Pilates Method), Contemporary Pilates, and Sculpt Pilates.
